They discovered they could reach a broader audience more frequently, faster, more effectively, and with greater creativity. Being first to market over a broad spectrum was very appealing for the forward-thinking businessman. We can all agree that it paid off. Right?
But not all businesses and business people were convinced. They were too comfortable in the old ways. They justified it by saying that it was “a fade,” or that “The radio craze will die out in time.”, or “we always have done it this way”… and so on. Unfortunately, these businesses were left behind and faded out.

If this is your mindset, understand this is not a business strategy that is going to work well in the future. Some other business is going to beat you to your customers because they are going to be looking where you are not, and they are going to be there to take advantage. They probably already have.
There is an old saying… “If you don’t take care of your customers, then someone else will” If customers are looking online to satisfy their needs ( and they are) and if you aren’t there, then you are not taking care of your customers.
It is time to focus on your online presence and make it a priority and key part of your business planning.
